Meet Laura Maree

Hello, I'm Laura Maree.

My fiancé and I recently settled into our new home in Laidley, and from here I've created Hello Gorgeous — a quiet, one-to-one, home-based studio designed for calm, personalised care.

​

I’ve been a qualified hairdresser for over 23 years, working within the hair and beauty industry, with additional training in scalp care and natural facial treatments using massage, lymphatic drainage, and Gua Sha techniques.

​

Hello Gorgeous was created from a desire to step away from fast-paced, high-pressure beauty culture and offer something more gentle. It’s a peaceful, low-stimulus space — a calming alternative to the busy, high-energy salon environment.

Today I specialise in a two-hour signature ritual treatment combining a Natural Facial, Japanese Head Spa, and blow-dry. Sessions are intentionally unhurried.

​

After the initial consultation, I gently recommend resting from conversation so clients can receive the full calming and nervous system benefits of the treatment.

Products used at Hello Gorgeous are selected with care and intention, favouring gentle, nourishing natural ingredients. Where needed, professional formulations may be used to achieve optimal results.
