Service - Japanese Head Spa & Blow-dry Appointment duration - 90 minutes Location Laidley, Lockyer Valley QLD Laura Maree offers a deeply restorative scalp ritual designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and leave your scalp and hair feeling light, clean, and beautifully finished. Your experience begins with a gentle scalp analysis with a 200 x zoom professional camera. This allows the treatment to be intuitively tailored to your scalp and hair needs on the day. I cleanse the scalp with a variety of oils including organic jojoba and sweet almond and essential oils. The ritual then flows into a warm water cleanse and hair treatment, combined with slow, rhythmic hand massage techniques and gentle hair play using a selection of specialised scalp tools. Clients are encouraged to fully switch off and allow the nervous system to re-ground and relax. Minimal conversation is supported throughout the treatment. The salon environment is intentionally quiet, with soft lighting and soothing touch to encourage deep relaxation and presence. This calm, sensory experience allows the body to soften, the mind to settle, and the scalp to be thoroughly cleansed and nourished — without rush or stimulation. Your treatment is completed with a professional blow-dry by Laura Maree, a hairdresser of 23 years, leaving your hair smooth, glossy, and effortlessly styled. This is a non-corrective, holistic ritual focused on relaxation, scalp care, and overall wellbeing rather than diagnosis or treatment. Cancellation Policy
Hello Gorgeous is a one to one salon. Appointments at Hello Gorgeous are reserved especially for you. Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. With at least 24 hours notice, appointments may be rescheduled once, or the value of the booking may be held as a credit to be used towards a future appointment. Credits are valid for 3 months from the original appointment date and are not redeemable for cash. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the full service fee. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or adjusted treatment to ensure the next client is not impacted. Appointments will still conclude at the scheduled time, and the full service fee applies, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as cancellation. If you are unwell, need to reschedule, or are running late please contact Laura Maree on 0423 852 259 as soon as possible.
