Service Description
Duration of Appointment Please allow approximately 2.5 hours in total, as sessions are intentionally never rushed. Includes Scalp analysis · Natural Facial · Japanese Head Spa · Blow-dry Your ritual begins with a gentle scalp analysis using a professional camera with 200× zoom. This allows me to understand the natural state of your scalp and thoughtfully select the most supportive products for your experience. Organic sweet almond and jojoba oils, infused with essential oils, are used to cleanse and exfoliate the scalp. From here, you are guided into a slow, restorative facial using a carefully curated range of natural and organic products from Perfect Potion, alongside small-batch formulations handmade in-studio. Lymphatic-style movements, Gua Sha, and flowing massage techniques are used to encourage release through the face and neck. The ritual then transitions into the Japanese Head Spa. A combination of specialised tools are intuitively selected to create varying scalp sensations, supporting circulation and deep relaxation. This is paired with a grounding scalp massage before the scalp is gently cleansed with warm water from the halo waterfall. All touch is unhurried and intentional. You are then invited back to the hairdressing chair, where the experience concludes with a beautifully finished blow-dry. Throughout the facial and head spa, you are encouraged to remain quiet, allowing your body and nervous system to fully reset and receive. This is a non-clinical, sensory ritual designed for deep relaxation, grounding, and whole-body renewal. Important Notes The Japanese Head Spa portion of this ritual may not be suitable for clients with very long hair or hair extensions that are prone to tangling or matting. Clients who are sensitive to fragrance or certain products are warmly invited to reach out prior to booking. A personalised treatment can be formulated using fragrance-free products and gentle, natural ingredients.
Cancellation Policy
Hello Gorgeous is a one to one salon. Appointments at Hello Gorgeous are reserved especially for you. Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. With at least 24 hours notice, appointments may be rescheduled once, or the value of the booking may be held as a credit to be used towards a future appointment. Credits are valid for 3 months from the original appointment date and are not redeemable for cash. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the full service fee. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or adjusted treatment to ensure the next client is not impacted. Appointments will still conclude at the scheduled time, and the full service fee applies, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as cancellation. If you are unwell, need to reschedule, or are running late please contact Laura Maree on 0423 852 259 as soon as possible.
